Christmas Lunch Menu

Starters

Winter Spiced Butternut Squash and Parsnip Soup.

Smoked Salmon and Prawn Cocktail.

Salad of Goats Cheese, Beetroot and Candied Walnuts.

Pork and Apple Pate with Toasted Brioche.

Main Courses

Traditional Roast Turkey– served with all the Trimmings.

Seafood Linguine – cod, salmon, prawns and mussels in a creamy white wine sauce served on a bed of linguine with garlic bread.

Mixed Game Casserole – Served with redcurrant jelly and seasonal vegetables.

Baked Butternut Squash and Oven Roasted Vegetables served on a bed of cous cous, topped with grilled mozzarella.

Desserts

Homemade Christmas Pudding and Brandy Butter.

Lemon Meringue Roulade. Bread and Butter Pudding.

Trio of Chocolate Pyramid. Cassata – Layers of ice cream and sorbet.

King Prawns – in garlic butter with crusty bread.

Salad of Goats Cheese, Beetroot and Candied Walnuts.

Winter spiced Butternut Squash and Parsnip Soup.

Duck Spring Rolls – with a hoisin sauce and dressed mixed leaves.

Pork and Apple Pate – with toasted brioche and an apple and cider chutney.

Main Courses

Traditional Roast Turkey– served with all the Trimmings.

Fillet of Seabass – on a fleuron served with a roasted red pepper sauce.

Pork Tenderloin – with an apricot and brandy stuffing and a creamy wholegrain mustard sauce.

Lamb Wellington – loin of lamb topped with minted pea in a filo pastry served with Madeira sauce. (£3 supplement)

Fillet of Rose Veal – on a crouton served with a mushroom, brandy, french mustard and cream sauce.

Mushroom and Roasted Chestnut Stroganoff – served with Wild Rice.

All of the above dishes are served with Dauphinoise Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
