Traditional Roast Turkey– served with all the Trimmings

Seafood Linguine – cod, salmon, prawns and mussels in a creamy white wine sauce served on a bed of linguine with garlic bread

Mixed Game Casserole – Served with redcurrant jelly and seasonal vegetables

Baked Butternut Squash and Oven Roasted Vegetables served on a bed of cous cous, topped with grilled mozzarella

Duck Spring Rolls – with a hoisin sauce and dressed mixed leaves

Pork and Apple Pate – with toasted brioche and an apple and cider chutney

Traditional Roast Turkey– served with all the Trimmings

Fillet of Seabass – on a fleuron served with a roasted red pepper sauce

Pork Tenderloin – with an apricot and brandy stuffing and a creamy wholegrain mustard sauce

Lamb Wellington – loin of lamb topped with minted pea in a filo pastry served with Madeira sauce. (£3 supplement)

Fillet of Rose Veal – on a crouton served with a mushroom, brandy, french mustard and cream sauce

Mushroom and Roasted Chestnut Stroganoff – served with Wild Rice
