Lamb Wellington Loin of Kimmeridge lamb, topped with a crushed mint pea stuffing in filo pastry. Served with a Madeira Sauce (£3 supplement)

Pork Tenderloin with an apple and calvados stuffing and a creamy wholegrain mustard sauce

Fillet of Seabass on a lemon and dill rosti with a roasted red pepper and white wine sauce

Fillet of Rose Veal wrapped in parma ham, served with a French mustard, brandy, mushroom and cream sauce (£3 supplement)
