Thai Duck Salad sliced duck breast on a bed of bean sprouts, spring onions, carrots and peppers with a spicy Thai dressing.
Seafood Chowder a luxurious creamy soup of smoked haddock, prawns, mussels and salmon.
Seafood Sharing Platter King prawns, salt and peppered calamari, crab fishcakes, seafood chowder shots and a salmon ceviche. Served with dressed mixed leaves and a trio of dips (lemon mayonnaise, sweet chilli and Marie Rose). (£3 supplement)
Chicken Truffle and Herb Terrine served with toasted brioche, mixed leaves and chutney.
Red Orzo Risotto with Parmesan Orzo pasta with chargrilled peppers, saffron, tomatoes and olives finished with Parmesan cheese.
Tuna Steak pan fried tuna loin on a bed of rocket, served with the classic Italian salsa verde, and caramelised lemons.
Fillet of Monkfish Monkfish with an olive and anchovy tapenade wrapped in Parma ham and served with a roasted tomato sauce.
Kimmeridge Sirloin Steak Sirloin steak cooked to preference served with gourmet chips, and a Dorset Blue Vinny cheese sauce.
Loin of Venison from “Kimmeridge” Farm with a cranberry stuffing wrapped in pancetta served with a redcurrant and juniper jus. (£4 supplement)
Rack of Lamb Rack of Kimmeridge lamb with a crushed pea and mint stuffing, served with a Madeira sauce. (£4 supplement)
Pork Wellington Pork tenderloin from “Kimmeridge” farm topped with black pudding, wrapped in filo pastry, served with a cider cream sauce.
Mushroom Bourguignon Portobello, chestnut, porcini mushrooms, with shallots, and carrots in a rich red wine sauce.
All of the above dishes are served with dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
