Seafood Chowder A luxurious creamy soup of smoked haddock, prawns, mussels, salmon, potato and bacon. Served with rustic bread.

Oriental Duck Salad sliced duck breast marinated in Chinese spiced served on a bed of bean sprouts, spring onions, carrots and peppers with a hoisin sauce dressing

Chicken Liver Parfait with roasted figs, plum chutney and toasted brioche

Pan Fried Scallops with a tomato chutney, roasted peppers and crispy prosciutto (£3 supplement)

Chargrilled Mediterranean Vegetables Skewers served with a satay sauce (v)


Main Courses

Pan Fried Halibut served on a bed of samphire with a champagne and mushroom sauce

Whole Squid stuffed with prawn and crab in a tomato, cream and brandy sauce

8oz Fillet Steak with a Cognac Peppercorn or Bearnaise sauce (£7.50 supplement)

Kimmeridge Lamb Wellington with a mint pea puree stuffing wrapped in filo pastry served with a madeira sauce. (£5 supplement)

Pork Tenderloin with Brandy cream sauce, apples and glazed pearl onions

Roast Butternut Squash & Wild Mushroom with Quinoa (v)

All of the above dishes are served with dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
